The UNICSKIN US online store (the “Site”) is operated by Cosmetics & Co USA Inc, a Florida corporation with its principal place of business at 2200 N Commerce Pkwy, Weston, FL 33326, United States. Cosmetics & Co USA Inc is the exclusive authorized distributor of UNICSKIN products in the United States. Throughout this document, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Cosmetics & Co USA Inc.

2. Responsible Entity and Seller of Record
Cosmetics & Co USA Inc is the sole operator of the Site and the seller of record for every order placed on it. All UNICSKIN products offered on the Site are genuine products imported into and distributed in the United States exclusively by Cosmetics & Co USA Inc. Your contractual counterparty for any purchase, warranty claim, return or privacy request is Cosmetics & Co USA Inc, and all notices and communications regarding the Site should be addressed to the contact details in Section 12.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, photographs, video, audio, product names, packaging designs, software, page layouts and the compilation of all of the foregoing — is the property of Cosmetics & Co USA Inc and/or its licensors, and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade dress and other intellectual property laws.
UNICSKIN, UNICLED, UNICTECH, UNICTHERMO, UNICWHITE, UNICBODY, UNICRETINOL, UNICREVIVE, DR+ TWENTY SKIN and all related product names, logos and slogans are trademarks used by Cosmetics & Co USA Inc under exclusive authorization for the United States. Other trademarks appearing on the Site (including Shopify, ULTA Beauty, Meta, Google and TikTok) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
You may view, download and print pages of the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use — including reproduction, modification, distribution, republication, framing, scraping or commercial exploitation of any content — is prohibited without our prior written consent.
4. Product Information and Health Disclaimer
UNICSKIN skincare, haircare and body products are cosmetics. UNICSKIN Techno Beauty devices are home-use beauty devices. None of the products sold on the Site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and the information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Results described on the Site may vary from person to person. Always read the product label and user manual before use and follow the instructions provided.
